Why exposure is C

  • Fact Page-one score 14 across name × city queries.
  • Fact LinkedIn work profile is public (name, metro area, employer signals).
  • Fact Facebook ties the name to a city and local life signals.
  • Fact X (Twitter) handle matches the name pattern and is public.
  • Fact People-finder sites re-list name + city / address-class previews.
  • Gap 3 surface(s) captcha-blocked · 6 registry surfaces still untouched.

Why cleanup is B+

  • Done Sample authorization.
  • Done 21 opt-outs submitted with evidence.
  • Done 2 confirmation(s) on file.
  • Done Breach scan: 9 named records (known corpora only).
  • Note Work/social profiles are usually left alone unless you ask — cleanup hits people-finder sites first.

What we found — professional & social profiles

Same style as a real baseline: sites you (or others) put online on purpose, plus the people-finder class that re-sells records. SAMPLE only — names and handles are fictional (Client A). Not a real person’s page.

WhereIn plain EnglishWhat we saw
LinkedIn Work profile Client A · metro area · employer / role signals · visible when signed out.
Facebook Social profile Name tied to city and local life / school / work-style signals.
X (Twitter) Public account Handle matching the name pattern · bio and posts public · city-adjacent signals.
People-finder sites Sites that re-sell “look someone up” Name + city; often address/phone previews to push a paid report.

Profile captures (illustrative SAMPLE)

Real client reports attach signed-out screenshots. Here we show the shape of those cards without live embeds or real accounts.

Client A
Metro area · Contact info (gated)
124 followers · 89 connections
LinkedIn · professional
Public headline and About blurb visible signed-out. Employer and school chips often show before a sign-in wall. Full profile may prompt “Join to view.”

Friends and local pages visible to some visitors
Facebook · social
Name + city + local life signals (school, workplace tags, mutuals). Graph exposure is why family listings often appear nearby on people-finder sites.

Public posts · following / followers public

Data broker / lookup
Name + Sample City · street-class preview · relatives with the same last name nearby. These are the surfaces cleanup usually hits first — not LinkedIn/Facebook/X unless you ask.
various people-search domains · SAMPLE
  • Note Other people share common names. We only treat the city / profile match as the subject.
  • Note Work and social profiles are often kept on purpose. Care plans focus on people-finder / broker sites first.
  • Real reports Attach signed-out screenshots (like a LinkedIn open view and sign-in gate) under Evidence — not shown here with real faces or URLs.

Plan

Phase 1
This week

Open items — thatsthem: verify due 2026-08-03

Phase 2
1–4 weeks

Public rechecks — verified-removed only when gone. Retry blocked surfaces.

Phase 3
Quarterly

New SERP score — recapture page-one. Re-queue resurfaces.

Scope notes

  • Scope Suppression requests with resurfacement monitoring. Brokers can and do relist; we track and re-submit. No permanent-removal guarantee. Billed monthly per person. Refresh of outdated search results for removed registry-broker URLs is included; Results About You casework and non-broker URLs are a separate SERP engagement.
  • Scope We check your emails against known breach corpora (e.g., Have I Been Pwned). This identifies data exposed in known breaches; no service can scan the entire dark web. One-time per person (re-scan is a new engagement or included quarterly under the household bundle). Passwords are never stored or returned.
  • Scope Removal requests to Google/Bing under their published policies, including Results About You casework as authorized representative where applicable. Approval is at the search engine's discretion. Government, news, and other publicly valuable sites are often refused. Includes up to 10 tracked URLs per engagement; registry-broker refresh-outdated after source removal is covered by broker_removal, not this SKU.
Honesty Submitted is not removed. Suppressed is not forever. Status moves only with evidence.
